This may be the only night without major sports going for a while but there is still sports brewing on the A-Train Express. First stop is the NFL:
- Brett Favre. This record breaking QB is throwing bombs and the b-e-autiful slant pattern. I'm telling you, if he shed a few pounds and lost the beard i might have thought he was in his twenties. And did you see the way that kid ran down the field to congratulate himself, and his receiver of course. The guy looks like a kid who just beat up the bully in school. Way to excited, but it is nice to see. Too bad a man named Peyton is going to shatter all of the records you could imagine.
- Daunte Culpepper is the man. He now not only can throw touchdown passes but he could run for them too. Three of them to be exact. We all knew he had some wheels but he was rolling like the road runner's legs. I think he had 31 fantasy points. This is guy who doesn't have anyone named Randy or Chris anymore. Now that's impressive. Look out the Raiders are winning!
- I don't like Tom Brady so much but he is immune to defensive pressure. Its flat out unreal. I hate the fact that he has four (not including the two tight ends) receivers who can catch. I hate the fact that he had the most completions in his first 100 passes than anyone ever. I hate the fact that he's like a model and that he's considered a celebrity. And most importantly, i hate the look on his face after he got hit against the Bengals. It was like, "I'm Tom Brady, I'm to pretty to get hit, and that not in my contract, I want a bonus for this." He is so damn good though and Randy Moss has 7 TD receptions so while the Pats are going 16-0, I just kick back relax and enjoy the Jets.
