Longtime Los Angeles Angels GM Bill Stoneman has stepped down and will take a consultants role, according to the LA Times. Tony Reagins, the director of player development will take over. This is a tough loss for the team, Stoneman was the architect behind the franchise's World Series team in 2002. The team called a Tuesday press conference for a major announcement.
